2. Student information is verified through SMPB.
3. Note: The "Student" category is only valid for UMS students (For students from other universities or colleges, please select Private instead)
4. In the NOTES section:
5. If using Grant as the payment method, include the Project Leader's name and Grant ID.
6. If using Self-Funded, provide your Supervisor's name instead.
